At Independent Family Mediation, we are here to help at this difficult time of family conflict, separation and/or divorce. That starts for us by making mediation affordable by keeping our mediation fees low. This enables us to offer a high quality service at an excellent price.
Legal Aid is available for clients on Universal Credit who meet the capital allowances.
Otherwise, Mediation is charged on a sliding scale depending on income; from £80 – £120 per hour per person. This will be discussed in the MIAM.
A mediation session runs for 2 hours and typically an All Issues Mediation involving child arrangements and the financial settlement will take between 3 – 7 sessions depending on the complexity of the assets and the level of conflict.
A MIAM is charged at £90 per person and last for 45 minutes. This includes signature of the court form.
